Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-758P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-758P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RNU6-758P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-758P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.

KICH, UCS, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU6-758P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
