RNU6-757P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 757, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-757P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-757P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-757P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU6-757P RNA expression shows 7,136 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight HNSC, KIRC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RNU6-757P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-757P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-757P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (17). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-757P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-757P expression shows unfavorable associations in HNSC, TGCT, CHOL, UCEC and DLBC, but favorable associations in UCS. The HNSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .014). Together, the overview and detailed table identify HNSC as the clearest survival context for RNU6-757P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-757P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-757P shows lower tumor expression in THCA and higher tumor expression in KIRC, STAD, BLCA, BRCA and LUAD. The KIRC box plot shows higher RNU6-757P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.197, t-test p = .005).
