Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-74P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-74P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU6-74P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-74P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

CHOL, KIRP, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-74P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
