Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-745P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-745P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU6-745P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-745P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SARC show a favorable association.

UCEC, KIRC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNU6-745P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
