Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-735P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-735P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RNU6-735P RNA expression shows 6,712 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD.
