Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-733P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-733P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU6-733P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-733P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.

UCS, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU6-733P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
