Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-701P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-701P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-701P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-701P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU6-701P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
