The most reproducible RNU6-696P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Obsolete histone modification, and Centriole elongation. Each is linked with RNU6-696P in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-696P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-696P results are reported.
