Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-692P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-692P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-692P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-692P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-692P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
