Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-681P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-681P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RNU6-681P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-681P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and LAML show a favorable association.

OV, CHOL, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU6-681P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
