Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-647P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-647P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU6-647P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-647P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, LIHC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNU6-647P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
