Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-641P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,074 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-641P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, and Positive regulation of peptidyl-lysine acetylation. Each is linked with RNU6-641P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-641P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-641P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
