Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-635P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-635P expression is associated with patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-635P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-635P RNA expression shows 8,998 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight SARC, BRCA, and LUSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-635P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
