Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-612P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-612P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RNU6-612P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-612P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

KICH, PAAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-612P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
