Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-590P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-590P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNU6-590P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-590P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-590P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
