RNU6-584P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 584, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-584P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-584P expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-584P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU6-584P RNA expression shows 13,488 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, KIRC, and DLBC as cancer lineages where RNU6-584P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-584P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-584P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (22). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-584P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-584P expression shows unfavorable associations in CESC, DLBC, LGG and LIHC, but favorable associations in LUAD and SKCM. The LUAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .005). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUAD as the clearest survival context for RNU6-584P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-584P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-584P shows lower tumor expression in READ, LUAD and THCA and higher tumor expression in KIRC and HNSC. The KIRC box plot shows higher RNU6-584P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.433, t-test p < 0.001).
