Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-552P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-552P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU6-552P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-552P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

LUAD, UVM, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-552P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
