Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-529P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-529P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU6-529P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-529P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.

THCA, KIRC, and LGG are the cancer types where RNU6-529P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
