Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-484P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-484P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-484P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-484P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-484P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
