Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-444P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-444P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-444P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-444P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and DLBC show a favorable association.

BLCA, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-444P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
