Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-436P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-436P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU6-436P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-436P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

THCA, THYM, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-436P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
