The most reproducible RNU6-356P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Plasma membrane tubulation, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with RNU6-356P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-356P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-356P results are reported.
