Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-330P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-330P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU6-330P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-330P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
LUAD, KIRC, and LAML are the cancer types where RNU6-330P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
