Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-314P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-314P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-314P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-314P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and GBM show a favorable association.

UVM, CHOL, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNU6-314P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
