associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 308, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-308P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-308P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-308P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU6-308P RNA expression shows 8,851 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, THCA, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-308P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-308P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-308P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (14). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-308P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-308P expression shows unfavorable associations in STAD, LIHC, UCS, LUAD, SKCM and CESC. The STAD Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .004). Together, the overview and detailed table identify STAD as the clearest survival context for RNU6-308P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-308P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-308P shows lower tumor expression in THCA. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU6-308P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.101, t-test p = .017).
