Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-294P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-294P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-294P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-294P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-294P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
