Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-233P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-233P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RNU6-233P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-233P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and LAML show a favorable association.

MESO, THCA, and OV are the cancer types where RNU6-233P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
