Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-232P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-232P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNU6-232P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-232P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNU6-232P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
