Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-229P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,280 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-229P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway, Organelle membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of DNA-binding transcription factor activity. Each is linked with RNU6-229P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-229P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-229P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway grouped by RNU6-229P-low versus RNU6-229P-high in STAD.
