Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-227P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-227P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-227P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-227P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LIHC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-227P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
