Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-226P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-226P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-226P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-226P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and KIRC show a favorable association.

UVM, THYM, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-226P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
