Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-21P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-21P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-21P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-21P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

BLCA, STAD, and LGG are the cancer types where RNU6-21P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
