Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-212P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-212P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU6-212P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-212P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-212P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
