Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-209P RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-209P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher RNU6-209P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-209P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
LAML are the cancer types where RNU6-209P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
