Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-207P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-207P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-207P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-207P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.

KIRC, OV, and MESO are the cancer types where RNU6-207P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
