Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-203P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-203P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNU6-203P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-203P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, KIRC, and TGCT are the cancer types where RNU6-203P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
