Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-141P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-141P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6-141P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-141P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, BLCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNU6-141P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
