Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-139P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-139P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-139P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-139P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, HNSC, and TGCT are the cancer types where RNU6-139P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
