Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1338P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1338P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU6-1338P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1338P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNU6-1338P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
