Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1337P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1337P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1337P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU6-1337P RNA expression shows 10,666 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight UCEC, STAD, and GBM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1337P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
