Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1331P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1331P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1331P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Additionally, RNU6-1331P RNA expression shows 14,995 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight MESO, HNSC, and UVM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1331P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
