Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-132P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-132P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-132P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-132P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and CESC show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-132P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
