Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1327P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1327P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-1327P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1327P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LAML show a favorable association.

UVM, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where RNU6-1327P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
