Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1310P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1310P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6-1310P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1310P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ACC, KIRP, and UVM are the cancer types where RNU6-1310P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
