Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-127P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-127P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU6-127P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-127P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, SKCM, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU6-127P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
