Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1261P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1261P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-1261P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1261P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, STAD, and GBM are the cancer types where RNU6-1261P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
