Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1235P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1235P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), where higher RNU6-1235P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1235P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PCPG and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU6-1235P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
