Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1226P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1226P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNU6-1226P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1226P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

PAAD, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-1226P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
