Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-11P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-11P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-11P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-11P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUAD, and KICH are the cancer types where RNU6-11P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
