Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1199P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1199P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6-1199P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1199P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, CESC, and LAML are the cancer types where RNU6-1199P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
